Our New Agent Orientation is designed to provide a smooth, supportive launch into your real estate business. This onboarding experience ensures every agent receives the tools, systems, and guidance needed to start building a strong foundation for success.
During onboarding, agents will receive assistance with:
• Receiving office key fob and building access • Setting up Command (KW CRM and business platform) • Activating printer and office technology access • Establishing Keller Williams Google Workspace access • Connecting the office training calendar to personal calendars • Scheduling essential onboarding meetings, including: • Marketing consultation and branding support • Professional headshot scheduling • Key staff and leadership introductions
Agents will also be guided through implementing a structured 30/60/90 Day Success Plan, designed to help establish productivity habits, business goals, and pipeline development early in their career.
